Traffic Control – Flagger / Labourer (Split‑Shift Position)
We are seeking reliable and safety‑focused Flaggers to support traffic control operations on active construction sites.
Position Overview
Flaggers are responsible for directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, setting up and maintaining traffic control equipment, and ensuring a safe work zone for crews and the public.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts
- Split shifts: 04:00–08:00 and 15:00–19:00
Wage
This position will pay between $21-22/hr to start.
Key Duties
- Direct traffic using stop/slow paddles, hand signals, radios, and signage.
- Set up, maintain, and remove cones, barricades, delineators as required.
- Communicate clearly using verbal instructions, radios, and hand signals.
- Work safely in all weather conditions and high‑traffic environments.
Requirements
- Physically able to stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety‑driven.
