Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring an Activity Assistant to join our Activities Department in Stockton, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

What Your Day Looks Like: Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility (LSHCF) is a 90-bed long-term skilled nursing facility. A 30-bed memory care unit meets the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

As an Activity Assistant, you will be:

• Documenting daily attendance and participation of each resident

• Facilitating resident activities throughout the day.

• Contacting volunteers and setting up entertainment

• Leading activities assigned by the Director of Activities

• Assisting residents to and from each activity as needed

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: Education preferred, customer service, long term care preferred

Skills: Communication, outgoing, creative, computer skills

Licensure/Certification: Full CPR within 6 months of employment

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 60% of the day and sitting with resident for the remaining 40%
