Healthcare Administrator

Bristol Glen, a United Methodist Communities campus in Newton, NJ, is hiring a Healthcare Administrator to lead our 60-bed health center. We've been Certified as a Great Place to Work for nine years running, and 87% of our team says their work here makes a difference.

What You'll Do: 

  • Lead financial, quality, and operational performance for the 60-bed health center's departments, reporting to the Executive Director
  • Maintain compliance with infection control, fire safety, sanitation, and universal precaution standards
  • Coordinate state health inspections and survey processes, and manage relationships with residents, families, physicians, and government agencies
  • Build and manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and operating supplies
  • Lead our compliance program, including the Compliance Hotline and standards of conduct
  • Meet regularly with residents and families to address concerns and build trust
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that support the community's goals

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in a long-term care setting
  • Active New Jersey Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license

Preferred:

  • Master's degree
  • 5+ years of managerial long-term care experience
  • Certified Aging Services Professional (CASP) certification

Schedule
