This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Solutions Advisor - Work Transformation based in the United States.

This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of business strategy, consulting, sales, and technology-enabled transformation.
You will advise enterprise clients on modernizing operating models and reshaping how work gets done through people, processes, platforms, and AI.
The role combines strategic advisory with hands-on solution development, business development, and practice leadership.
You will engage directly with senior executives to translate complex organizational challenges into actionable transformation strategies and measurable outcomes.
Working across sales, delivery, engineering, marketing, and platform teams, you will develop differentiated offerings and lead strategic pursuits.
You will also help build a high-performing advisory organization while contributing to thought leadership around the future of work and intelligent transformation.
The position offers significant visibility and influence, with responsibility for both client impact and the growth of a specialized transformation practice.

Accountabilities
  • Define and execute the growth strategy for the Work Transformation solutions advisory function, aligning offerings with market trends, client priorities, and emerging ways of working.

  • Lead strategic pursuits, new-logo opportunities, upsell and cross-sell initiatives, and complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles to support revenue growth.

  • Develop compelling, outcome-focused value propositions, executive presentations, transformation roadmaps, and solution strategies.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to VP- and C-suite stakeholders, helping organizations address operating model, workforce, organizational change, and ways-of-working challenges.

  • Lead the design and evolution of scalable solutions spanning operating model transformation, workforce transformation, AI-enabled workflows, intelligent orchestration, and modern collaboration and product platforms.

  • Collaborate with delivery, engineering, platform, sales, and marketing teams to ensure solution feasibility, strong positioning, effective sales-to-delivery handoffs, and successful execution.

  • Maintain a target of approximately 50% billable utilization while balancing practice leadership, client advisory, and delivery oversight responsibilities.

  • Monitor market developments, industry trends, transformation challenges, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and strengthen the practice's market positioning.

  • Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain consulting talent while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning.

  • Represent the practice at industry events, conferences, and client forums and contribute thought leadership on operating model transformation, AI-enabled work, and organizational agility.

Requirements
  • 10–15+ years of experience in technology and/or business consulting, with significant experience in operating model transformation, workforce transformation, digital transformation, or related fields.

  • Proven track record of building consulting practices, developing differentiated solutions, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

  • Extensive experience leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives and translating strategic objectives into actionable programs.

  • Strong business development and pre-sales experience, including leadership of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.

  • Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, product operating models, organizational change management, and modern ways of working.

  • Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem is strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven transformation, intelligent workflows, and emerging AI-enabled solutions is an advantage.

  • Demonstrated ability to establish credibility with and influence C-level and senior executive stakeholders.

  • Strong experience leading distributed, high-performing teams and developing consulting talent.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, facilitation, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

  • Strong capabilities in strategic planning, solution design, technology value realization, financial modeling, practice development, go-to-market strategy, and market analysis.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Ability to travel up to 40% as required.

Benefits
  • Fully remote work opportunity within the United States.

  • Senior-level leadership position with significant exposure to enterprise clients and executive stakeholders.

  • Opportunity to shape and grow a specialized Work Transformation advisory practice.

  • Broad exposure to operating model transformation, AI, organizational change, agile methodologies, and modern enterprise technology.

  • Opportunity to lead strategic sales pursuits and contribute directly to business and revenue growth.

  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams spanning consulting, sales, engineering, delivery, marketing, AI, and technology platforms.

  • Opportunities to develop consulting talent and contribute to a culture focused on innovation and continuous learning.

  • Opportunities to represent the organization through industry events, conferences, client forums, and thought leadership.

  • Up to 40% travel, providing opportunities for direct engagement with enterprise clients and teams.
