That's why we're hiring a Founding Account Manager. You'll quarterback these relationships end-to-end for your assigned accounts, grow our engagement, and build the playbook for how Obin shows up for its most important clients. This is a founding seat — you won't inherit a template, you'll create one.

What You'll Own
- Own the relationship, end to end. You are the primary point of accountability for a portfolio of marquee institutional clients — from C-suite sponsors to technical counterparts. You orchestrate every touchpoint: QBRs, expansion conversations, escalations, and everything in between.
- Drive business growth with rigor. You carry a commercial target and hit it. You identify expansion opportunities before clients ask, build the business case, and close — navigating procurement, legal, and executive layers to get deals done.
- Partner with our Solution Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Industry Domain Experts to ensure clients realize value fast, feel the quality of our engagement in every interaction, and position Obin as a long-term partner.
- Feed intelligence back into Obin. You sit at the intersection of client reality and product roadmap. The insights you surface — on unmet needs, competitive signals, and workflow gaps — directly shape what our engineers build next.
- Build the AM playbook from scratch. You’ll define Obin’s approach to executive engagement, commercial expansions, onboarding, and long-term account health. Your framework will scale far beyond your own book of business, rooted in the belief that Obin’s strongest growth comes from client advocacy and word of mouth.
Need to Have
- 7+ years of experience, with at least 2 years owning a commercial revenue target in a B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
- A proven track record of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations — you know how to map complex relationships, build champions, and move deals forward without formal authority.
- Fluency at every altitude: you can engage a C-level exec sponsor on strategy and a quant analyst on workflow specifics — and you know which conversation to have when.
- A genuine commercial instinct — you see whitespace in accounts, create urgency without manufacturing it, and close.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. You treat the absence of a playbook as an opportunity, not a liability.
Good to Have
- Background in Institutional Asset Management, Insurance, Private Equity, or Credit.
- Management consulting experience with strong client engagement chops.
- Familiarity with AI transformation in a regulated environment
