Accountabilities:- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts using Selenium WebDriver and related technologies.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage and software quality standards.
- Create and execute detailed test plans, analyze test outcomes, and identify defects or performance bottlenecks.
- Lead and support performance testing initiatives using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner to validate scalability and user experience.
- Continuously improve QA methodologies, automation processes, and testing efficiency across projects.
- Mentor junior QA professionals and contribute technical expertise within collaborative Agile teams.
- Document test cases, defects, and validation processes while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Advocate for AI adoption by leveraging co-pilot and generative AI tools to enhance testing workflows and innovation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in QA automation, software testing, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with performance testing tools including JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern QA best practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems such as Jenkins and Git is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments, Appium, or AI productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing effectively to team objectives.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competitive annual salary package ranging approximately from CAD $58,100 to $107,900 based on experience and qualifications.
