Job Description

Summary

The Revenue Analytics Associate supports Statim Logistics by preparing accurate, timely, and actionable reporting related to billing, settlements, route profitability, pricing/pay data, accounts receivable, and operational performance. This role is responsible for gathering and validating data from the transportation management system (TMS), client portals, billing tools, and related systems; maintaining recurring reports and dashboards; identifying discrepancies, trends, and potential revenue leakage; and partnering with Revenue Operations, Finance, Operations, Dispatch, Implementation, Compliance, and IT to improve data quality, reporting visibility, and process consistency. The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical curiosity, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power BI to support data-driven decision-making across the logistics business line.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Revenue Analytics, Reporting, and Billing Support

  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute recurring revenue operations reports, including billing status, invoice accuracy, payment activity, collections follow-up, settlements, account reconciliation, and route performance.
  • Review logistics billing and revenue data for accuracy against service levels, route structures, pricing rules, driver pay inputs, client requirements, and applicable contractual terms.
  • Research billing, settlement, pricing, and account discrepancies; document findings; and escalate issues with recommended next steps to Revenue Operations, Finance, Operations, Dispatch, Implementation, and Client Services.

TMS, Dashboard, and Data Integrity Support

  • Extract, organize, and validate data from TMS, billing systems, client portals, spreadsheets, and reporting platforms to support accurate analytics and decision-making.
  • Build, update, and maintain Excel-based reports and Power BI dashboards that track billing accuracy, accounts receivable, settlement trends, pricing/pay exceptions, route profitability, and operational performance.
  • Support data governance by helping maintain naming conventions, account setup documentation, route and service level definitions, automated report inputs, and workflow change logs.

Pricing, Pay, Margin, and Revenue Integrity

  • Track and analyze key logistics revenue metrics, including billing turnaround times, invoice accuracy, accounts receivable aging, collection performance, settlement accuracy, pricing/pay discrepancies, route margin performance, and recurring data exceptions.
  • Analyze TMS, billing, settlement, and operational datasets to identify trends, root causes, revenue leakage, margin issues, recurring errors, and opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with pricing and driver pay update validation by comparing proposed changes against approval records, client agreements, internal margin expectations, and supporting documentation.

Compliance, Controls, and Process Improvement

  • Maintain reporting support files, audit documentation, and process trackers that support accurate logistics billing, TMS data integrity, pricing/pay validation, route and account setup, contractor pay accuracy, and audit readiness.
  • Recommend and support process improvements that reduce manual work, prevent recurring billing or settlement errors, improve report reliability, and standardize revenue analytics workflows.
  • Support automation initiatives, reporting dashboards, and workflow changes that improve visibility into billing accuracy, pay/charge data, collections, route profitability, and operational performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Dispatch, Client Services, Implementation, IT, Compliance, and other departments to gather requirements, validate data, troubleshoot reporting questions, and resolve billing, settlement, pricing, or system issues.
  • Provide clear summaries, dashboards, and supporting analysis to help leaders understand revenue performance, billing trends, margin drivers, and operational exceptions.
  • Support new client and business line implementations by organizing route, pricing, account setup, submission, billing workflow, reimbursement, and reporting details needed for accurate launch and ongoing performance monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, billing operations, logistics operations, finance, data analysis, business intelligence, operations analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience preparing recurring reports, reconciling data, researching discrepancies, identifying trends, and documenting findings for operational or financial stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of logistics revenue operations, including billing, collections, settlements, route and pricing configuration, driver pay inputs, account reconciliation, and related workflow controls.
  • Experience working with transportation management systems (TMS), client or payer portals, billing systems, electronic workflow tools, and reporting platforms; logistics operations experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret revenue and operational metrics, identify trends, explain variances, and support process improvements.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, compliance, confidentiality, and timely follow-through.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and large dataset organization; experience with Power BI dashboard creation, data visualization, and report maintenance strongly preferred.
  • Experience with SQL, data modeling, Power Query, or other business intelligence tools is a plus.
