Diagnostic and therapeutic procedures may include esophageal manometry, anorectal manometry, pH impedance studies, motility testing, endoscopy, and specialized interventions requiring coordination across multiple disciplines.

    Quality Improvement and Research

The division is also an active participant in Improve Care Now, an international collaborative focused on advancing outcomes and improving the quality of care for pediatric patients with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. Through data-driven quality improvement, research participation, and multidisciplinary collaboration, Improve Care Now is recognized as a leader in pediatric inflammatory bowel disease care. The RN Practice Manager will be an integral partner in nursing engagement with ImproveCareNow initiatives, supporting quality improvement efforts, clinical best practices, and care coordination for this patient population.
