What you'll do
- Perform assembly, production, material handling, and general labor duties as assigned.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and/or team leads.
- Learn and follow established work procedures and quality standards.
- Safely use assigned tools and equipment after receiving proper training.
- Assist with the movement, handling, assembly, and preparation of materials and products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and properly wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Willing and able to perform physical labor throughout the shift.
- Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
- Be able to stand and walk for extended periods during an 8–12 hour shift.
- Able to bend, kneel, climb, reach, twist, and perform other physical movements required by the position.
- Comfortable working in conditions that may include heat, cold, dust, and loud noise.
- Be willing to wear safety boots and all required PPE.
- Be able to communicate effectively in English as necessary to understand safety instructions, work orders, training, and procedures.
- Be available to work assigned shifts and additional hours, nights, or weekends when required by operational needs.
