What you'll do

• Perform assembly, production, material handling, and general labor duties as assigned.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and/or team leads.
• Learn and follow established work procedures and quality standards.
• Safely use assigned tools and equipment after receiving proper training.
• Assist with the movement, handling, assembly, and preparation of materials and products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

• Willing and able to perform physical labor throughout the shift.
• Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods during an 8–12 hour shift.
• Able to bend, kneel, climb, reach, twist, and perform other physical movements required by the position.
• Comfortable working in conditions that may include heat, cold, dust, and loud noise.
• Be willing to wear safety boots and all required PPE.
• Be able to communicate effectively in English as necessary to understand safety instructions, work orders, training, and procedures.
• Be available to work assigned shifts and additional hours, nights, or weekends when required by operational needs.
