The Sr. Enterprise Solutions Account Executive will lead complex enterprise sales initiatives focused on strategic Fortune 500 accounts. This role combines consultative selling, territory strategy, relationship development, and solution positioning across connectivity, networking, cybersecurity, wireless, and managed services. You will own a strategic portfolio and build a strong pipeline through targeted prospecting, partnerships, referrals, and executive-level engagement. The position requires close collaboration with finance, engineering, and internal delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are commercially and operationally sound. Success will depend on your ability to influence senior decision-makers, negotiate complex opportunities, and consistently exceed sales targets. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for an experienced enterprise seller who thrives in a competitive, technology-driven environment.
- Lead complex enterprise sales opportunities from prospecting through close, focusing on acquiring and developing strategic Fortune 500 accounts.
- Create and deliver compelling in-person sales presentations that connect customer needs with connectivity, networking, cybersecurity, wireless, and managed technology solutions.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategy, identifying high-value prospects, strategic partnerships, local business relationships, and organizational affiliations.
- Build and maintain a robust sales funnel with clear opportunity progression and a measurable path toward quota attainment.
- Generate new business through targeted prospecting activities, including cold calling, customer referrals, canvassing, and partner relationships.
- Develop trusted relationships with strategic customers, strengthen retention, and consistently deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Collaborate with finance, engineering, and other internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are financially viable, technically appropriate, and operationally sound.
- Stay informed about competitive dynamics, emerging technologies, and market developments to strengthen positioning and differentiate solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales records and provide required sales, pipeline, and activity reporting.
- Represent the organization professionally in customer meetings, community engagements, and strategic business discussions.
- Apply strong independent judgment in significant sales, negotiation, and business-development decisions.
- Work collaboratively across teams while contributing to a culture focused on customer experience, innovation, inclusion, and measurable growth.
- Maintain consistent attendance and flexibility to accommodate customer meetings, variable schedules, evenings, weekends, and overtime when business needs require.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combinations of coursework and relevant professional experience may also be considered.
- 7–10+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally within complex B2B, enterprise technology, telecommunications, connectivity, networking, cybersecurity, or managed-services sales.
- Demonstrated success selling to large enterprise or Fortune 500 organizations and managing sophisticated, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and financial targets.
- Strong expertise in direct selling, strategic prospecting, territory development, customer relationship management, and pipeline management.
- Excellent presentation, communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
- Ability to understand complex technology solutions and translate their business value into compelling customer propositions.
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to work effectively with finance, engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to operate independently, prioritize opportunities, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to changing market and customer conditions.
- Strong customer-service orientation with excellent follow-through and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer and business meetings and accommodate variable schedules as required.
- Competitive base salary, with location-based ranges including:
- Colorado: $109,200–$174,720
- Washington: $104,000–$183,040
- California: $93,600–$182,000
- Targeted commission opportunity of approximately $85,000, with significant additional upside available for high performers exceeding sales targets.
