This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, FSAAS Sales (Auto Adjacent Solutions) based in the United States.
This senior individual-contributor role is focused on driving new business bookings and expanding strategic customer relationships across financial services and automotive-adjacent markets.
You will lead complex, consultative sales engagements involving sophisticated products built around proprietary data, analytics, and industry expertise.
The role combines new-logo acquisition, strategic account development, executive relationship management, and pipeline ownership.
You will engage senior decision-makers and help clients use valuation, market intelligence, and analytics to improve lending, leasing, underwriting, and portfolio decisions.
Working independently, you will manage long sales cycles while partnering with customer success, product, marketing, and solutions teams.
Your market perspective and customer insights will also help shape commercial strategy, product positioning, and future growth opportunities.

- Drive new business: Own new business bookings efforts aligned with growth priorities, including outbound prospecting, opportunity creation, and new-logo development across assigned industries and accounts.
- Sell data-driven solutions: Position automotive valuation, residual value, market intelligence, analytics, research, and advisory solutions to financial services and automotive customers.
- Lead complex sales cycles: Independently manage sophisticated, multi-stakeholder sales processes from prospecting through negotiation and close.
- Engage executive stakeholders: Build trusted relationships with VP-, SVP-, and C-level decision-makers and represent the business effectively in executive meetings, briefings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Expand strategic accounts: Develop account strategies aligned with customer objectives and identify cross-sell, upsell, renewal, and expansion opportunities.
- Build a healthy pipeline: Maintain a robust, accurate, and well-qualified opportunity pipeline while ensuring disciplined deal progression and reliable forecasting.
- Own commercial outcomes: Achieve or exceed individual bookings targets and contribute to sustainable revenue growth and long-term account value.
- Develop value narratives: Create compelling executive-level proposals, presentations, and business cases that clearly connect solutions to customer priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Customer Solutions, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to advance opportunities, support expansions, and deliver effective customer engagements.
- Provide market intelligence: Bring customer feedback, competitive insights, and industry trends into internal discussions to inform sales strategy, product positioning, and offering development.
- Strengthen long-term relationships: Build durable strategic partnerships that support continued account growth and deepen engagement with high-value customers.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise, consultative B2B sales or a closely related strategic sales environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Demonstrated success selling data-driven, SaaS, analytics, research, advisory, or technology-enabled solutions.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles independently.
- Strong executive-level communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior business stakeholders and translate complex solutions into compelling business value.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving or exceeding bookings and revenue targets.
- Highly organized and disciplined approach to prospecting, pipeline management, forecasting, opportunity qualification, and deal execution.
- Self-directed mindset with the confidence to identify strategic opportunities and take ownership from initial prospecting through close.
- Ability to understand customer challenges and connect data, analytics, and industry expertise to practical business outcomes.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with customer success, product, marketing, and solutions teams.
- Familiarity with automotive, financial services, lending, leasing, insurance, valuation, or other auto-adjacent industries is highly valuable.
- Ability to travel up to 30%, with residence reasonably close to a major airport.
- Starting annual salary: $140,000–$155,000 USD, with placement within the range based on relevant skills, education, qualifications, experience, performance, business needs, and geographic location.
