Job Description

Description:

Loch Harbour Group is seeking a Managers Administrative II to provide high-level administrative and logistical support to our management team while helping run the day-to-day operational programs that keep the office moving. This role blends traditional executive support with program coordination, giving you ownership over scheduling, correspondence, records, and the logistics behind internal training and personnel initiatives.

You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings and events, and maintain accurate personnel and training records, while also independently running the logistics for internal programs — from scheduling and rosters to communications and materials. You will work closely with Management, Human Resources, and Operations to make sure information flows smoothly, and nothing falls through the cracks.

This role suits someone at a small company who wants to be trusted with real ownership over programs and processes, not just task lists. If you are organized, discreet with sensitive information, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
