ABOUT THE ROLE

The Development Coordinator will support the development team with administrative support, project level needs and CRM administration.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Administrative

· Book, manage, and track travel details, adjusting in real-time as required.

· Provide forward-looking calendar management, focusing on internal and external customer service.

· Organize client events in conjunction with the marketing team.

· Arrange and handle logistics for meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile and distribute presentation materials for each meeting.

· Notarize documents as requested.

· Manage document execution using DocuSign.

· Manage Concur expense reporting for development leaders.

DealPath Administration:

· Become a subject matter expert in DealPath.

· Lead DealPath software implementation, collaborating with the development team.

· Roll out training for DealPath.

· Add/update content and users.

· Create and update project records, contacts, and reports; run reports, manage system updates, roll out new modules, and perform general data entry.

Project Related Support

· Attend development meetings as needed, take meeting notes and distribute as needed.

· Update project info in SharePoint.

· Organize RFP info in SharePoint.

· Run Flash due diligence process.

· Assist in the preparation of proposals.

· Work on special projects as needed.

Requirements:

WHAT YOU BRING

· Bachelor’s degree is highly desired with at least 1 year of experience supporting a team.

· Experience working in the real estate or construction industry is helpful

· Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Must have a high attention to detail and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to switch gears in a moment’s notice.
