Job Description
Contract Administrator II Who is Beast Code?Beast Code was founded in 2014 by a small group of friends with a revolutionary vision to transcend the traditional defense solution paradigm and build better technology that supports the mission. Headquartered in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, today we have evolved into a matrix organization of over 200 Beasts scattered across the United States. We are dedicated to delivering modern and intuitive software solutions that directly enhances the warfighter every day. What sets Beast Code apart is how we partner with our customers. We don’t just build for them, we build with them, ensuring every solution meets real world needs. Guided by core values of trust, purpose, and relentless innovation, we’re proudly redefining what it means to serve those who serve.
Contract Administrator Job DescriptionBeast Code is looking for a Contract Administrator II to join our team as an adept partner with a nose for numbers and an eye for detail to assist with our contracts, subcontracts, and proposals.
As a Contract Administrator II, you will operate at the intersection of business, and operational teams across the contract lifecycle(s). Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll support our Contracts team and partner cross-functionally across our Business Administration Department. You will collaborate closely with agile software development teams, Finance, and Program Management to support proposal efforts, draft agreements, and administer active government and commercial contracts.
From interpreting complex FAR/DFARS clauses and tracking key deliverables to processing modifications and ensuring audit-ready documentation, you’ll ensure that all the numbers add up and that Beast Code's contractual commitments align directly with operational targets.

Take all the above as a compliment because it means you are super organized, communicative, and driven by a strong work ethic to get things done right.
