At Vet’s Choice Radiology (VCR), your work connects those moments.

We are looking for experienced veterinary technicians and nurses who notice the missing detail, bring calm to high-pressure situations, and excel at clinical coordination. Your clinical experience belongs here. You will apply your hard-earned knowledge from a different place in the care journey—helping veterinary teams and board-certified specialists work seamlessly together through remote diagnostic teleradiology.

Veterinary care never stops, and neither do we. VCR operates 24/7/365. We offer structured, consistent shifts that give you your days back. Plus, earn an extra $1.00 per hour for hours worked during our weekend window (Friday 5:00 p.m. CT to Monday 7:00 a.m. CT)!

Choose from the following full-time schedule options:

• Option 1: Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday | 8:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. CT (Overnight)

• Option 2: Sunday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday | 8:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. CT (Overnight)

• Option 3: Monday, Thursday, Friday | 3:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. CT & Saturday | 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. CT (Mid-Day/Evening Hybrid)

You won’t be interpreting studies or making diagnoses. Instead, you are the engine that drives diagnostic clarity. Here is how you will make an impact:

• Review & Optimize: Analyze imaging submissions for patient details, clinical history, and overall quality before they reach the radiologist.

• Keep Cases Moving: Monitor queues to identify and proactively resolve bottleneck issues that could delay critical patient results.

• Solve Clinical Puzzles: Spot a gap or discrepancy in a patient's history? You’ll reach out to the clinic, clear up the confusion, and document the path forward.

• Be the Anchor: Provide an exceptional, human touch to veterinary teams waiting on urgent results, replacing anxiety with confidence.

• Tech-Enabled Workflow: Seamlessly navigate modern tools like Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Teams, and advanced radiology information platforms.

Support Starts Before Your First Shift

We don't expect you to know everything on day one. We value collaboration over assumptions and asking questions over guesswork.

Your first 4 weeks are fully paid training (8 hours/day, Monday–Friday) directly alongside a dedicated Team Lead during daytime/afternoon hours. You will learn the systems, master the workflows, and build relationships with a remote team that has your back.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

If you are the person in the clinic who naturally catches the details others miss, can be both warm and highly precise, and takes pride in excellent follow-through, you will thrive here.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Credentials: Veterinary nursing, veterinary technology, or an equivalent veterinary clinical qualification.

• Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on veterinary clinical experience.

• Skills: Solid working knowledge of veterinary anatomy, medical terminology, and diagnostic imaging. Experience obtaining and reviewing radiographs is required.

• Workspace: Legal authorization to work in the U.S., a professional, quiet home workspace, and reliable high-speed internet.

• Note: Emergency, specialty, teleradiology, or high-volume workflow experience is a huge plus—but you do not need every preferred qualification to apply!
