Operations Lead

Employment Type: Full-Time

Rate of Pay: $22.00

1st shift : Sunday -Thursday 8am -4:30pm

We're looking for an Operations Lead to join our team, where you'll serve as a frontline leader responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities and supporting the success of your team. Success in this role means ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently while helping associates stay engaged, productive, and focused on delivering exceptional service to our customers.

This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, enjoys mentoring others, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You'll be successful if you're organized, safety-focused, and able to balance operational priorities while supporting associates throughout the shift.

Your Impact:

As an Operations Lead, you will:

  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping to support productivity and customer service goals.
  • Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to warehouse associates while promoting teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Monitor workflow, productivity, and inventory accuracy using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse technology, escalating issues as needed to leadership.
  • Verify completed work, ensure compliance with company procedures, and maintain high standards for quality, safety, and inventory accuracy.
  • Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment by reinforcing safety policies, housekeeping standards, and operational best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and team performance while partnering with GM to implement process improvements.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or fulfillment experience, including previous experience serving as a lead, trainer, or senior warehouse associate.
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and warehouse technology to manage workflow and inventory accuracy.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, safety practices, and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to support varying shifts, weekends, overtime, and peak operational periods as business needs require.
