At Atlanta Autism Center (AAC), we provide 100% center-based, early diagnostic and therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorder, ages 6 and under. We are a privately-held, physician-owned company with an interdisciplinary team of highly-trained professionals. We believe that learning should be fun, which is why we take a naturalistic and play-based approach to assessment and treatment. We believe every child and every family deserves compassionate and assent-based care. AAC's mission is to ensure every child receives meaningful, high-quality care, while providing clinicians with the resources and support needed to succeed.

Center Support & Regional Operations
  • When not in a coverage assignment, work onsite at a designated center requiring operational support (typically within the hours of 7:30am–6:30pm).
  • Partner closely with Directors of Center Operations (DCOs) to support regional initiatives and center-level priorities.
  • Provide hands-on operational support to ensure consistency and efficiency across all locations.
Compliance & Operational Readiness
  • Support facility management, compliance requirements, and overall center readiness.
  • Ensure centers are prepared for audits, payer reviews, accreditation surveys, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining consistent operational standards across all locations.
Projects & Organizational Initiatives
  • Support new center openings, transitions, and operational ramp-ups.
  • Lead or assist with company-wide initiatives and process improvement efforts.
  • Manage or contribute to special projects, including:
    • After School Program implementation
    • Inventory standardization
    • Office remodels and facility improvements
    • Emergency preparedness planning
    • New software and system implementations
    • Operational audits and process optimization
