  • Provide expert guidance on enterprise mail flow architecture, including SMTP, MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and routing across hybrid and cloud environments.
  • Support customers in replacing legacy security gateways by leveraging native security capabilities within Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments.
  • Advise on email security strategies, including anti-phishing protection, threat prevention, data loss prevention, and regulatory compliance requirements.

  • Identify potential migration risks, proactively resolve blockers, and coordinate with internal teams when additional support is required.
  • Deliver regular project updates and maintain alignment between technical teams, executives, and customer stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve deployment processes and enhance customer experiences.
  • Develop and refine migration methodologies, documentation, and best practices to support scalable professional services delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, with 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles managing enterprise cybersecurity SaaS deployments or migrations.
  • 4+ years of experience managing enterprise email migration projects, including hands-on experience with Secure Email Gateway (SEG) replacement or decommissioning.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise email architecture, including SMTP, MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, email routing, and hybrid/on-premise environments.
  • Strong understanding of email security technologies, filtering solutions, threat protection, and data loss prevention practices.
  • Experience supporting compliance requirements and security frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace security solutions, including Exchange Online Protection, Defender for Office 365, and related security controls.
  • Experience managing email routing through firewalls, proxies, and mail relays, including secure connectors, IP allowlisting, and inbound/outbound mail rules.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver complex initiatives successfully.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and executive audiences.
  • Experience using AI-powered platforms and productivity tools such as Glean or Claude is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of $104,000 - $149,600 USD, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
  • Potential eligibility for bonus or incentive compensation.
  • Equity opportunities and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Opportunity to work on impactful cybersecurity projects with enterprise customers.
