Client Rep in Charleston, South Carolina at Atlas

$650/Week Base Pay + Uncapped Commission | Full-Time | In-Person

Location: North Charleston, SC 29420

We’re expanding in the North Charleston area and hiring motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Client Representatives. This entry-level position focuses on building customer relationships, generating new business, and helping customers explore automotive glass repair and replacement services.

No previous sales experience is required! We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

• Connect with potential customers and explain automotive glass services

• Build relationships with customers and local communities

• Generate leads through face-to-face outreach, retail locations, community events, and referrals

• Help customers understand service options and begin insurance claim processes

• Answer questions and provide accurate service information

• Coordinate with service teams to support a positive customer experience

• Track customer interactions and work toward individual and team goals

• Represent the company professionally

• Strong communication and people skills

• A friendly, outgoing, and motivated attitude

• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable transportation to travel throughout the North Charleston area

• High school diploma or GED

Sales, retail, hospitality, and customer service experience are welcome but not required.

• $650 weekly base pay plus uncapped commission

This is a full-time, in-person position. Work takes place at retail locations, community events, promotional booths, and assigned outreach areas throughout North Charleston. Reliable transportation is required. This is not a remote position.
