Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM

In this role, you will manage product label inventory, print and verify barcode labels, maintain accurate records, and help ensure production teams have the correct labels when they need them.

Job Responsibilities

• Print, verify, organize, and distribute product and barcode labels according to customer specifications and production requirements.
• Ensure labels meet accuracy standards and applicable Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Maintain accurate label inventory records using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Count, track, and adjust inventory as needed.
• Perform monthly label inventory audits and help resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain the security and organization of the label room to prevent errors and unauthorized access.
• Identify and report labeling discrepancies, inventory issues, or potential quality concerns to Quality Control.
• Coordinate with Production, IT, and Quality teams to ensure timely label availability.
• Communicate important information during shift transitions to support uninterrupted production.
• Follow established company procedures, quality requirements, and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends when business needs require it.
