Seacoast Mazda located in Portsmouth, NH is looking for a full time B level Automotive

Technician for our busy store. We are family owned and operated and in a brand new state of the art facility!

Candidates must be honest, self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on the highest of customer service standards. Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills to enhance guest experiences.
  • Prior experience as a Technician

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner re-charges, four wheel alignments, battery installations, and headlight/taillight bulb replacement.
  • Conduct some diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers’ problems and provide accurate repair recommendations. It's okay if you are still learning in this area!
  • Suspension repairs/replacement, brake pads & rotor replacement, tire mount and balancing, engine/transmission diagnostics
  • Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives to verify soundness
  • Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records
  • Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair
  • Other duties as assigned
