Job Description

Enterprise Account Executive

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic enterprise sales within a rapidly evolving AI-powered SaaS environment.
You will own a focused portfolio of high-value customers and prospects, driving both expansion and new-logo acquisition.
Success will depend on your ability to build executive relationships, navigate complex buying committees, and develop compelling business cases.
You will work closely with Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing, and other teams to create coordinated account strategies and pipeline.
The position combines consultative selling, strategic account management, commercial negotiation, forecasting, and territory planning.
You will also help shape and improve an evolving enterprise sales playbook in a high-growth, builder-oriented environment.
It is an ideal opportunity for an experienced SaaS seller who thrives on autonomy, ambitious targets, and transforming established industries through technology.

Accountabilities
  • Own a defined portfolio of strategic customer accounts, driving expansion, upselling, cross-selling, and multi-site or enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Partner with Customer Success to develop joint account plans, identify whitespace opportunities, and turn successful customer usage into commercial growth.
  • Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and position the solution as an enterprise-wide standard rather than a departmental tool.
  • Own a focused list of strategic prospects and drive new-logo acquisition through account-based selling and coordinated outbound strategies.
  • Partner with Business Development and Marketing to execute targeted, multi-touch campaigns that generate qualified enterprise pipeline.
  • Multi-thread across complex buying committees by identifying and engaging economic buyers, champions, technical stakeholders, and other key decision-makers.
  • Conduct detailed account research and deliver tailored, consultative, executive-level demonstrations connected to strategic business outcomes.
  • Own complex negotiations and manage deals through close, ensuring a structured transition to Customer Success and Implementation.
  • Develop strong product, industry, and competitive expertise to communicate differentiated value propositions and defend compelling business cases.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records covering pipeline, activities, forecasts, account intelligence, and opportunity progression.
  • Consistently forecast against assigned account metrics and communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of repeatable enterprise sales processes by identifying successful approaches, surfacing challenges, and helping codify best practices.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with demonstrated success selling to large and complex organizations.
  • Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with ACVs of approximately $100K or more and longer sales cycles.
  • Experience selling into and expanding large, multi-site organizations, with confidence engaging senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas while developing strong, trusted customer relationships.
  • Strong expertise in account-based selling, strategic territory planning, pipeline generation, and consultative value-based selling.
  • Ability to develop, articulate, and defend business cases that connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms; familiarity with tools such as Gong, Outreach, and ZoomInfo is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, organization, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Customer Success, Marketing, Business Development, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable operating in an evolving or greenfield environment where processes are still being developed and refined.
  • A builder’s mindset, with the ability to create structure, take initiative, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, accountability, integrity, and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Experience in maintenance, manufacturing, facilities, or related industries is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary with an on-target earnings structure.
  • Target compensation of approximately $120,000 base salary / $240,000 OTE annually, subject to experience, professional background, and location.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Remote work environment within the United States.
  • Opportunity to work with AI-powered technology transforming maintenance and asset operations.
  • High-autonomy environment designed for entrepreneurial, outcome-focused professionals.
  • Opportunity to influence the development of an emerging enterprise sales function and playbook.
  • Collaborative environment with cross-functional exposure across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, and Operations.
  • Meaningful opportunity to contribute to the transformation of a major industrial and frontline workforce category.
  • Equal opportunity workplace committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
