We are seeking a sharp, compassionate, and detail-oriented Trusts & Estates Attorney who thrives in a client-focused environment and is passionate about helping individuals and families protect what matters most. Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and accurately.
Tech-Savvy: At least basic proficiency in computer use and eagerness to learn new software systems, including Clio.
Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of Trusts & Estates, Estate Planning, Probate, or Elder Law experience preferred, with preference for candidates with 5+ years of experience.
Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with no pending or past disciplinary actions.
Readiness to Represent: Ability to independently manage estate planning matters, probate proceedings, client consultations, and related court appearances.
Up-to-Date Knowledge: Staying informed about changes in estate planning laws, probate procedures, tax considerations, and best practices affecting our clients.
High-speed internet and a workspace conducive to remote work when needed. Ability to reliably travel as needed throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania.
What We Offer:Competitive Salary: Ranging from $100,000 - $125,000, with compensation reflecting experience + productivity and origination bonus incentives
