This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Microsoft 365 Organizational Change Management Consultant in the United States.
This role is focused on enabling successful digital transformation by driving user adoption and organizational readiness across Microsoft 365 environments. You will act as a strategic advisor and hands-on change practitioner, guiding public sector and enterprise clients through the people side of technology change. Working at the intersection of business, IT, and end-user experience, you will design and execute adoption strategies that ensure Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot are effectively embedded into daily workflows. The environment is highly collaborative and consulting-driven, requiring strong stakeholder engagement across all levels, including executives and end users. You will contribute to shaping communication, training, and champion networks that reduce resistance and accelerate adoption. This role has a strong focus on measurable impact, continuous improvement, and practical enablement of modern workplace technologies. It is ideal for a change leader who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing transformation programs.
- Lead and execute organizational change management activities across Microsoft 365 transformation programs, including discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, surveys, and workshops.
- Develop and implement communication, training, and adoption strategies to support effective use of Microsoft 365 tools, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Design and manage end-to-end change management plans aligned with enterprise transformation objectives and best practices.
- Build and maintain champion networks, ensuring engagement, enablement, and sustained adoption across business units.
- Measure adoption success through user feedback, analytics, and performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical delivery and user adoption goals.
- Support development of new offerings and thought leadership content, including workshops, training materials, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior consultants, project teams, and organizational stakeholders.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and user research to identify gaps, improvements, and future optimization opportunities.
- 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, digital adoption, or transformation consulting roles.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot, with practical understanding of enterprise use cases and adoption challenges.
- Experience designing and delivering change strategies in complex enterprise or public sector environments.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-focused messaging.
- Experience conducting user research, stakeholder analysis, and post-implementation assessments.
- Ability to engage effectively with executives, IT teams, and end users to drive alignment and adoption.
- Familiarity with Copilot deployments, Power Platform, and GCC High environments is a plus.
- Certification in Prosci or Microsoft Adoption Specialist is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt strategies in fast-paced and evolving environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives with a focus on collaboration, governance, productivity, and user experience.
- Competitive salary range from $120,000 to $210,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications).
