This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and customer experience, leading high-impact CRM and loyalty engagements for complex client organizations. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients from discovery through execution and ongoing optimization of loyalty and lifecycle marketing programs. The position blends strategic leadership with hands-on analytical thinking, requiring a strong ability to translate customer insights into actionable growth strategies. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams across analytics, creative, product, and technology to design and elevate customer engagement ecosystems. With ownership over engagement outcomes, you will shape roadmaps, define KPIs, and ensure measurable business impact. This is a highly collaborative and client-facing role within a fast-moving environment that values innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Lead end-to-end loyalty and CRM strategy engagements, ensuring delivery of measurable outcomes and continuous value creation for clients.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to align stakeholders on vision, objectives, and strategic direction.
- Design and optimize loyalty programs, lifecycle marketing strategies, segmentation models, and customer engagement frameworks.
- Define KPIs, build performance measurement systems, and translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM strategies across platforms and channels.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and optimization levers to continuously improve program performance and customer experience.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and innovation initiatives, including the adoption of AI-driven marketing approaches.
- 8+ years of experience in CRM, loyalty strategy, retention marketing, or growth-focused roles within complex client environments.
- Proven ability to independently lead client engagements and manage strategic outcomes with minimal oversight.
- Strong expertise in customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, loyalty program design, and data-driven strategy development.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms, with an understanding of MarTech ecosystems and capabilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, build business cases, and define ROI frameworks.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with confidence in leading workshops and presenting strategic recommendations.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and curious mindset with an interest in AI tools and emerging marketing technologies.
- Competitive salary range of $115,000 – $150,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
