In this role, you will help build and scale strategic partnerships with leading manufacturers across electric vehicles, energy storage, and smart energy technologies. You will play a key role in driving commercial growth, improving partner success, and influencing the development of cutting-edge products that support the global energy transition. Working in a highly collaborative and international environment, you’ll partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape processes, unlock new business opportunities, and strengthen long-term strategic relationships. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact settings and enjoys solving complex commercial and technical challenges.
- Source, negotiate, and close strategic OEM partnerships from initial outreach through signed agreements
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing success and value creation
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through additional products and revenue streams
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to deliver partner commitments and improve platform capabilities
- Contribute to the development and optimisation of partnership processes and operational playbooks, including leveraging AI-driven workflows
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, events, and panel discussions
- Support the scaling of partnership operations within a rapidly evolving climate tech ecosystem
- Minimum 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, consulting, or related strategic commercial roles
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders across international organizations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to navigate commercial, technical, and legal discussions confidently
- Proven problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with experience managing complex projects independently
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments with a hands-on mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Based in Europe and available to work within CET time zone ±3 hours
- Interest or experience in renewable energy, electric vehicles, smart energy hardware, APIs, or B2B software environments is highly valued
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflows to improve productivity and operational efficiency is considered a plus
