The Brew and Bake Co is looking for an experienced Barista / All Rounder to join our small, community-focused beachside café in Kingscliff.

We’re passionate about great coffee, genuine hospitality, and creating a welcoming local space for our community. If you love specialty coffee, good people, and early finishes by the beach, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

• Casual position

• Approx. 20 hours per week to begin with

• Morning-based roster with early starts and early afternoon finishes

This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident working across all areas of café operations, including coffee service, customer service, front of house support, and day-to-day café operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ barista experience required (no exceptions)

• Strong dial-in knowledge and consistency

• Confident with latte art and milk texturing

• Fast, calm, and organised under pressure

• Friendly, team-focused attitude

• Comfortable moving between front and back of house

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Australian working rights required

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing high-quality specialty coffee

• Dialling in and maintaining coffee consistency

• Providing warm and genuine customer service

• Assisting with café opening and daily operations

• Supporting food prep, food running, ordering, cleaning, and general all-rounder tasks

• Working closely with a small, supportive team in a fast-paced environment
