· Documentation & RCA: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all scheduled maintenance activities, including pre- and post-maintenance reports. In addition, drive the completion of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation for all service-impacting events, both maintenance-related and non-maintenance (e.g., network outages), ensuring thorough and accurate documentation of timelines, findings, contributing factors, and corrective actions.

· Customer Notification: Ensure customer communications are aligned with service impact, delivering clear, timely, and accurate notifications before, during, and after maintenance or outage events.

· Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency of scheduled maintenance operations.

· Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

· Manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, including interactions with challenging customer situations.
