The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead enterprise transformation programs by establishing strong governance, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Lead complex go-to-market transformation and strategic growth programs from initial planning through execution, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
- Build and maintain program governance frameworks, including delivery processes, operating cadences, reporting structures, and accountability models.
- Partner with senior executives and business leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and execution plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, manage dependencies, and influence decisions across teams without direct authority.
- Develop executive-level dashboards, presentations, and reporting materials highlighting program progress, risks, milestones, and business impact.
- Provide strategic recommendations by analyzing options, trade-offs, risks, and potential outcomes for leadership teams.
- Identify program risks proactively, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution of challenges.
- Support change management, communication, training, and adoption activities to improve organizational readiness.
- Mentor junior program managers and promote consistent application of PMO standards and delivery best practices.
- Continuously improve program management processes, governance models, and operational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is an experienced technical program leader with a strong background in enterprise transformation, go-to-market initiatives, and executive stakeholder management. They should be comfortable managing complex programs, navigating ambiguity, and delivering results across multiple teams.
- 8+ years of program management experience, including at least 3 years leading complex cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise programs with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong experience partnering with executive stakeholders on strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution in fast-changing environments.
- Experience leading collaboration across global teams and multiple business functions.
- Strong understanding of PMO governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, reporting practices, and operational processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to executive audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, influence, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience supporting change management initiatives and organizational adoption programs.
- Ability to travel occasionally within North America (approximately 1–3 trips annually).
- PMP certification is considered an asset.
- Change Management certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Experience within enterprise software organizations or large-scale technology environments is an advantage.
- Competitive contract compensation of CAD $65–$75 per hour.
