Job Description
We’re hiring a professional, highly organized Property Manager/Licensed Agent for Single Family Homes to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions. Our real estate office manager will supervise all administrative and managerial tasks for 200+ single-family homes. You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations and transaction management of the teams’ real estate transactions. This high-minded individual makes systems out of everything. They are very detailed, organized, and moves quickly through things. The perfect candidate will have an active Nevada Real Estate license and a Property Manager permit.
They like creating efficient systems, have strong computer skills, detailed oriented, knowledgeable on NV real estate forms and practices, managing databases, spreadsheets, and must be extremely tech-savvy. This person provides a high level of customer service and will connect with people for new business procurement.

Responsibilities
- Provide contract assistance to transaction coordinators or other real estate team members
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company, state, and federal policies and regulations
- Update MLS listing online and work with marketing to produce appropriate online presence, photos, signage, brochures, and other materials
- Attract and educate new tenants
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Work with vendors to obtain bids to turn properties as they become vacant

- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
Qualifications
- A valid NV Real Estate license and Property Manager permit
- 2+ years of experience in office management, real estate, or related field
