Key Responsibilities:

- Set up bar stations, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available and organized

- Interact professionally and courteously with guests, providing excellent customer service

- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area throughout the event

- Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance

- Manage credit transactions accurately when applicable

- Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction

- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in catering or event settings

- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and responsible alcohol service

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

- Valid bartending license or certification (TIPS) as required by local regulations
