Job Description:
Arlo Kitchen & Bar, a sophisticated two-level restaurant and bar on the Gold Coast of Long Island, is actively seeking an experienced Bartender. Nestled on 2 acres overlooking scenic rolling hills, the venue features a spacious open kitchen, two fully stocked bars, and a sunlit outdoor patio.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages under standard recipes

• Engage guests professionally and responsibly

• Maintain a clean, organized bar area

• Operate POS system and manage cash accurately

• Assist with stock replenishment and bar setup/closing

• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure safe service

Schedule & Availability:

• Evening shifts across both bar levels

• Flexible scheduling for part-time or full-time roles

• Must be available evenings and weekends aligned with restaurant hours

Experience Required:

• 2–3 years of bartending experience in fine dining or high-volume venues

• Proficiency using jiggers and following standardized recipes

• Excellent guest service skills with strong interpersonal presence
