Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Starting Pay: $25.00/hour
Pay Increase: $26.00/hour after 90 days

Position Overview
Dynamic Integrated Security is looking for a qualified Armed School Security Officer to provide a professional security presence at The Museum School of Avondale Estates.
The officer in this position will help maintain a safe and secure school environment by monitoring daily activity, identifying potential risks, controlling access, and responding appropriately to security concerns and emergencies.

What You’ll Do
• Maintain a visible security presence throughout the school campus.
• Observe students, staff, visitors, and surrounding areas for unusual or potentially unsafe activity.
• Perform routine security rounds and check designated areas of the property.
• Inspect doors, gates, windows, and other access points to identify security concerns.
• Respond professionally to unauthorized access, policy violations, disturbances, or other incidents.
• Identify and report safety hazards, including potential fire hazards, leaks, damaged equipment, or unsafe conditions.
• Contact emergency personnel when circumstances require immediate assistance.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and security-related activities.
• Follow all site-specific procedures, company policies, and applicable security regulations.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Current Georgia Armed Security Training Certification is required.
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or a comparable public-safety environment is required.
• Comfortable remaining on your feet for extended periods and performing routine physical duties.
• Ability to operate and work around standard security equipment.
• Strong communication, observation, and conflict-management abilities.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Pre-Employment Requirements
Selected candidates must be willing to successfully complete:
• Psychological evaluation

• Criminal background investigation
• Any additional company or site-required screening
