  • Leverage automation tools and tracking systems to improve efficiency in reporting, documentation, and workflow management
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline credit operations and reduce manual processing
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of administrative tasks within credit operations and risk workflows
Requirements:

You bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a structured, fast-paced financial operations environment. You are comfortable working with data, documentation, and systems while maintaining high accuracy under tight timelines. You are adaptable, collaborative, and eager to build experience within credit risk and commercial banking operations.

  • Experience in financial services, banking operations, credit administration, or a related administrative/analytical role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

  • Ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced operational setting
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with internal stakeholders and client-facing teams
  • Experience or familiarity with credit systems or banking platforms (e.g., Synergy, CASPER, CMS) is an asset
  • Understanding of Business Financial Services (BFS) products and credit processes is an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to process changes and new systems
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to operational excellence
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with performance-based reward opportunities
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Retirement savings and financial wellness programs
  • Access to learning and development programs to build credit and risk expertise
  • Opportunities for career progression within risk operations and commercial banking
