NO COLD CALLING. NO SELLING. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.Your job is simple: get outside, meet people, and connect homeowners with our sales team.
You’ll be canvassing local neighborhoods, speaking with homeowners, and offering FREE, NO-OBLIGATION lawn care quotes. You’re not selling a service—you’re simply creating opportunities for homeowners to learn how we can help their lawn.
💰 GET PAID FOR YOUR EFFORT!- $18/hour guaranteed base pay
- Commissions can take you above $20/hour
- Earn up to $25+/hour when you exceed targets
- UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS — the more you accomplish, the more you can earn!
Monday–Friday
11:00 AM-7:00 PM
Will transition to 10:00 AM-6:00 PM with Daylight Savings
Occasional Saturday make-up days may be required due to weather.
- Walk and canvass assigned neighborhoods
- Talk with homeowners about their lawn care needs
- Offer free, no-obligation lawn care quotes
- Represent our company professionally in the community
- Work toward daily and weekly goals as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Market our products and services to potential customers
- Obtain names and phone numbers of potential customers.
- Distribute necessary promotional material
- Clear communication with your team and/or supervisor

- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
