Job Description
Harmoniq Residential is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team at Presidio Square. This individual is responsible for creating an exceptional prospect and resident experience while driving occupancy through effective leasing, resident retention, and community engagement efforts. The Leasing Agent serves as a brand ambassador for Harmoniq Residential and plays a key role in showcasing the value of our community.
Leasing & Sales- Conduct property tours and effectively present apartment homes and community amenities to prospective residents.
- Follow up with prospects through phone calls, email, text, and CRM systems to convert leads into leases.
- Process rental applications and assist with the screening and approval process.
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all new resident paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
- Maintain expert knowledge of floor plans, pricing, promotions, amenities, and local market conditions.
- Achieve occupancy and leasing goals established by management.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with resident move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
- Build positive resident relationships to support retention efforts.
- Promote resident satisfaction through proactive communication and engagement.
- Ensure model apartments, clubhouse, and common areas are presented professionally and ready for tours.
- Assist with property marketing initiatives, social media content, community events, and outreach efforts.
- Maintain accurate resident, prospect, and leasing records.
- Support the Property Manager with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, customer service, or property management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sales-minded with the ability to overcome objections and close leases.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confidence presenting to individuals and groups.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
