This is an opportunity to make a direct technical impact within a growing, international organization focused on innovation and meaningful product development.

Accountabilities
  • Design, develop, integrate, secure, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across core Salesforce products, Data Cloud, and connected enterprise systems.

  • Build and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow automation, reusable platform services, and other Salesforce solutions.

  • Design and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Pub/Sub API, Streaming API, webhooks, and event-driven architecture patterns.

  • Lead technical solution design by translating business requirements into scalable architectures, estimates, and backlog-ready technical plans.

  • Apply development standards, design patterns, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, deployment documentation, and production support practices.

  • Build and maintain reliable CI/CD and release processes using Git-based source control and automated deployment practices.

  • Ensure Salesforce solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, and governance requirements.

  • Manage and support access controls, sharing models, API security, audit requirements, vulnerability remediation, and data stewardship.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

  • Evaluate new Salesforce platform capabilities, AppExchange solutions, integration technologies, and other tools that could improve business outcomes.

  • Support practical Salesforce administration, including reporting, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, and sharing models.

  • Contribute to troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and the long-term scalability and reliability of the Salesforce environment.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience working with the Salesforce platform, including senior-level development and enterprise implementations.

  • Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, automation, administration, security, reporting, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, and sharing models.

  • Practical experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Pub/Sub API, Streaming API, webhooks, and event-driven patterns.

  • Strong experience with Salesforce CI/CD, Git-based source control, automated deployments, release management, and repeatable DevOps practices.

  • Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, harmonization, unification, and activation.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify effective solutions.

  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments and managing technical priorities across multiple initiatives.

  • Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong understanding of platform security, privacy, compliance, governance, and data management principles.

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is preferred; Salesforce Administrator and additional Salesforce certifications are considered assets.

  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, or MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is an asset.

  • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce or other AI-enabled workflow capabilities is considered a plus.

  • Strong ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to building maintainable, secure, and scalable solutions.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package.

  • Generous employee benefits.

  • Opportunity to work within an inclusive and collaborative culture.

  • Collaboration with highly experienced professionals and a proven leadership team.

  • Opportunity to contribute to a growing organization with an expanding international presence.

  • Exposure to enterprise Salesforce architecture, Data Cloud, integrations, DevOps, security, and emerging AI capabilities.

  • Opportunity for meaningful technical ownership and impact across a broad Salesforce environment.

  • Supportive environment focused on professional growth, innovation, and continuous development.
