Job Summary
This role supports the investment team by overseeing the execution, maintenance, and reporting of investment and bond trading data, while contributing to financial reporting processes and ensuring strong accounting controls. Serves as the primary resource for trade entry, record-keeping, and issue resolution across securities, custody, and loan administration accounts throughout the trade lifecycle. Interprets requests and data to recommend actions, with guidance from senior team members. Handles moderately complex assignments with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and process integrity. Collaborates closely with portfolio managers, investment leadership, and external partners to ensure efficient workflows, data integrity, and high-volume trade processing.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and manage trade operations, including entry, processing, authorization, and lifecycle oversight; resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain security master data and ensure accuracy of trade documentation and system records.
Validate third-party data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely execution of bond trades.
Support portfolio activities through rebalancing, reporting, and distribution of cash and investment updates.
Manage invoice processing and support monthly reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Background and Skills You’ll Need
Education: High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with exposure to invoicing, budgeting, and transaction processing
Demonstrated ability to learn and navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Word).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage high-volume transactions effectively
CAMRA, ANTARES, NEXEN and/or LoanArc experience preferred

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
Salary Range:
$66,000.00 - $96,250.00Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
