Scope of Work:

The Financial Analyst is responsible for helping to develop and maintain all forecasts for AIRO Group Holdings and its subsidiaries. This includes Income, Balance Sheet, & Cash Flow statement variances to plan on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis. This position will help prepare board/investor analytics and presentations along with assisting on financial analysis for any mergers, acquisitions or capital projects. This position requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented individual with strong data analysis skills who can collect, review, manipulate, and interpret financial and operational data, and translate it into clear insights for leadership. The role directly supports the FP&A function but interacts with all divisions and functions. The Financial Analyst reports to the VP of FP&A and is expected to work on-site in north Phoenix (Deer Valley area) with an option for limited remote work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work with business leaders to populate various forecasts (short term/long term) utilizing our planning tool or Excel
  • Provide monthly/quarterly/yearly variance analysis for divisions based on actuals to plan
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify issues, risks, anomalies, and opportunities for management action
  • Collects inputs to model potential mergers/acquisitions/capital projects, including but not limited to IRR, payback, and other appropriate financial metrics
  • Support FP&A with cash flow analysis, liquidity tracking, and financing-related analytics
  • Prepare clear, well-structured presentation materials for executive leadership, board reviews, and internal decision-making.
  • Completes other duties, as assigned by the VP of FP&A

Pre-requisite Knowledge, Skills and Education:

· Bachelor's degree, majoring in Finance and/or Accounting

· Understanding of the interdependencies of the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow

· Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets

· Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor

· Ability to analyze data using basic statistical techniques to identify trends and outliers.

· Strong ability to develop high-quality presentation materials with clear narratives, visuals, and supporting analysis

· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

· Effective self-management and project management abilities

· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

· Ability to identify issues and take actions or ask questions

· Ability to work independently and maintain level of motivation with regular, routine tasks

· Travel up to 20% of the time

Physical and Mental Requirements:

· Ability to sit, walk, or stand for extended periods of time

· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds in a safe and prudent manner

· Ability to perform work utilizing manual dexterity of the hands to operate a computer

· Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, reach above and below shoulders, and full use of upper extremities

· Ability to easily move through an approximately 35,000 square foot warehouse building

· Ability to read, write, and understand English

· Correctable vision and hearing

The pay range for this role is:
75,000 - 95,000 USD per year(Phoenix - Main)
