What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical leadership and daily oversight of resident care delivery
- Partner with the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent outcomes and regulatory compliance
- Support, coach, and mentor CNAs and nursing staff
- Participate in admissions, assessments, and care planning
- Assist with floor coverage as needed (med passes, direct care, resident support)
- Monitor and drive quality indicators (falls, infections, skin integrity, etc.)
- Ensure adherence to state, federal, and facility standards
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN license (state-specific)
- Experience in SNF/LTC strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable
- Strong clinical judgment and hands-on care skills
- Comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with direct patient care
- Organized, solutions-focused, and committed to resident-centered care

Schedule
- Full-time
- Scheduling based on facility needs (may include some weekend/holiday rotation)

Requirements:Education
Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school. RN required.
Licenses/Certification
Current RN license.
Valid CPR certificate.
Experience
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
Must have, as a minimum, one (1) years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
