- Perform comprehensive resident assessments and ongoing monitoring

- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
- Communicate changes in condition to providers, residents, and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
- Active RN license in the State of Montana
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lead, delegate, and collaborate effectively with care teams

- Flexibility, reliability, and willingness to support staffing needs
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems

Qualifications
Education
Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing. BSN preferred.
Licenses/Certification
Current RN Licensure in the State employed.
Valid CPR Certification.
Experience
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
