Morrison Industrial Equipment is looking for Full Time Digital Marketing Coordinator, in-person, at our Grand Rapids location, located at 1825 Monroe NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49505. This would be Monday-Friday, first shift hours, and working 40 hours a week. Salary range would be $50,000–$65,000 annually, commensurate with experience

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing digital marketing initiatives with a
strong emphasis on graphic design, visual branding, and creative asset development. This role leads the creation of compelling digital and print-ready marketing materials, supports brand consistency across channels, and manages content for email marketing, social media, website updates, paid advertising, and marketing analytics while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Design and produce digital marketing materials including social media graphics, email layouts,
newsletters, flyers, advertisements, presentations, and other branded collateral.
• Develop creative visual content that aligns with company branding, campaign goals, and target
audiences across digital platforms.
• Maintain and apply brand standards to ensure visual consistency in all marketing and
communication materials.
• Manage the content calendar and coordinate timely delivery of designed assets and published
content.
• Create and optimize email marketing campaigns, including graphic design, layout, and content
development using platforms such as MailChimp and Sugar Market.
• Create and execute social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook,
and X (Twitter), with an emphasis on visually engaging content.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on website graphics, landing page
visuals, and user-facing design elements to support website usability and optimization.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms, including
development of visual ad assets and optimization for ROI.
• Track and analyze campaign, social media, and website performance metrics and recommend
improvements to both creative execution and digital performance.
• Produce and manage the company newsletter, including design, layout, editing, and
coordination with branch locations.
• Support special marketing initiatives, event materials, apparel coordination, CMS updates, and
other creative projects as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Strong graphic design skills with the ability to create visually compelling marketing materials
across digital and print formats.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Understanding of brand standards, typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple design
and marketing projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while balancing
creativity with deadlines and business objectives.

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Visual
Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in graphic design, digital marketing, content creation, or marketing
coordination preferred.
• Experience creating branded marketing assets, email campaigns, social media graphics, and
other digital content preferred.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer and using design software.
• Ability to use standard office equipment and creative software tools.
• Ability to attend occasional on-site meetings, photo shoots, or marketing events as required.
• Ability to work primarily in an office environment with some flexibility for remote work.
