Senior Copywriter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Copywriter based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to craft high-impact creative content within a fast-paced, multi-brand environment focused on higher education and healthcare audiences. You will develop messaging that supports life-changing decisions for adult learners and working professionals across multiple institutions. The role blends strategic thinking and hands-on copywriting across digital channels including email, web, social, display, and video. You will operate in a high-volume, AI-assisted production studio where creativity, speed, and precision must work in balance. Collaboration sits at the core, working closely with art directors, strategists, and creative leadership to ensure cohesive storytelling. This is also a leadership-focused position where mentoring and raising creative standards are key parts of daily impact. The environment is dynamic, structured for scale, and driven by continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, conversion-driven copy across multiple digital channels while ensuring brand consistency and audience relevance across several distinct institutions. You will also contribute to creative leadership, mentoring, and workflow optimization in a high-output studio environment.

  • Create compelling copy across email, paid social, display, web, and video formats, ensuring clarity, engagement, and conversion impact
  • Adapt tone and messaging across multiple healthcare education brands, maintaining distinct voice and compliance standards for each
  • Collaborate closely with creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure seamless integration of copy within campaigns and assets
  • Mentor junior copywriters, providing feedback, guidance, and support to elevate overall team output and consistency
  • Use AI-assisted tools to enhance ideation, iteration, and production efficiency while maintaining strong editorial judgment
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery in a high-volume production environment
  • Contribute to campaign strategy, messaging frameworks, and concept development alongside cross-functional partners
  • Ensure all content meets regulatory, brand, and audience-specific requirements, particularly within healthcare and education contexts
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong digital copywriting expertise, experience working across multiple brands or complex content environments, and the ability to balance creativity with structure and speed. You are confident writing for varied audiences and thrive in collaborative, fast-moving teams.

  • Proven experience producing high-quality digital copy across web, email, social, and campaign channels
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating adaptability across tones, brands, and content types
  • Experience in healthcare, education, or other mission-driven or regulated industries is highly valuable
  • Background in high-volume content production environments with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, design, and strategy teams in a cross-functional setup
  • Experience using AI writing tools and workflows to support ideation and production efficiency
  • Strong editorial judgment with the ability to maintain quality, accuracy, and brand integrity at scale
  • Leadership mindset with experience mentoring or supporting junior creatives
