BEE ACCESS – WAREHOUSE MANAGER
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Manager, who is organized and has extreme attention to detail that can handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping and receiving, material handling and staff management.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:
- Oversee day-to-day multi-warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping and receiving of materials.
- Manage warehouse staff including coaching, developing, training, performance management and timecard accuracy.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and audits.
- Develop and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to maintain an organized, efficient and safe environment.
- Coordinate with Plant Manager, Logistics Manager and VP of Operations to ensure timely supply of materials and on-time delivery of finished products to customers.
- Optimize warehouse layout, material flow and storage systems to maximize space and ensure efficiency.
- Monitor order accuracy, on-time shipments, inventory accuracy and labor productivity. Implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage warehouse equipment to ensure proper maintenance and safe operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Manage and optimize the receiving process, including inspection, documentation and proper storage of incoming material.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing is required.
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- Proficiency with using ERP systems, implementing WMS and Microsoft Office programs.
- Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing, root cause analysis, or continuous improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, squat and walk daily.
- Highly ethical, positive cultural addition, self-motivated.
