As a Product Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure every customer receives a first-class vehicle delivery, including delivering and explaining luxury vehicles to clients post sale.. You'll guide customers through the features and technology of their new vehicle while representing our dealership with professionalism and attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule new vehicle deliveries.
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle orientations, demonstrating technology, safety, and convenience features.
- Ensure every vehicle is detailed, fueled, and delivery-ready.
- Pair customer phones and assist with Bluetooth, navigation, and connected vehicle apps.
- Complete delivery documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Sales, Service, and Detail departments to provide a seamless delivery experience.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable learning and demonstrating new automotive technology.
- Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
- Ability to drive luxury vehicles safely and confidently.
- Evening and weekend availability as needed.
