This role focuses on ensuring the effective management, optimization, and support of electronic health record systems that are essential to modern healthcare delivery. You will work at the intersection of healthcare operations and technology, helping clinical and administrative teams use EHR platforms efficiently and accurately. The position plays a key role in maintaining data integrity, supporting system upgrades, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards. You will also contribute to training users, troubleshooting system issues, and improving workflows to enhance overall performance. • Manage and maintain electronic health record systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security of clinical and administrative data.
• Support EHR implementation, upgrades, configuration changes, and ongoing system enhancements.
• Provide training and guidance to healthcare staff on system usage, workflows, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT teams or vendors to ensure timely resolution.
• Customize templates, forms, and workflows based on clinical and operational requirements.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and usability.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards, including HIPAA or equivalent frameworks.
• Generate reports and analyze healthcare data to support clinical and operational decision-making.
• Assist with data migration, audits, validation, and quality assurance activities.
• Collaborate closely with clinicians, administrators, and technical teams to support end-to-end EHR operations.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical documentation, and healthcare IT systems.
• Hands-on experience with EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar systems.
• Basic knowledge of databases, reporting tools, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
