Our Endoscopy Center in Emerson, New Jersey has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team!

Our fast-paced Ambulatory Surgical Center is comprised of highly trained, compassionate professionals committed to delivering the highest standards of patient care. The Registered Nurse will provide quality nursing care throughout all phases of the patient experience including pre-assessment, procedure room support, and recovery.

Responsibilities Include:

Prepare patients for endoscopic procedures by reviewing medical history, obtaining vital signs, and providing patient education and supportAssist physicians during endoscopic procedures while monitoring patient safety and comfortProvide post-procedure recovery care and discharge instructionsMaintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record systemAdhere to infection control, sterilization, and patient safety protocolsCollaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care

Qualifications:

Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) licenseCurrent BLS and ACLS certificationEndoscopy, GI, Ambulatory Surgical Center, or procedural nursing experience preferredStrong assessment, multitasking, and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach to careAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
