Registered Nurse Endoscopy in Emerson, New Jersey at Premier Medical Alliance

Our Endoscopy Center in Emerson, New Jersey has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team!

Our fast-paced Ambulatory Surgical Center is comprised of highly trained, compassionate professionals committed to delivering the highest standards of patient care. The Registered Nurse will provide quality nursing care throughout all phases of the patient experience including pre-assessment, procedure room support, and recovery.

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare patients for endoscopic procedures by reviewing medical history, obtaining vital signs, and providing patient education and support
• Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures while monitoring patient safety and comfort
• Provide post-procedure recovery care and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system
• Adhere to infection control, sterilization, and patient safety protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care

Qualifications:

• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Endoscopy, GI, Ambulatory Surgical Center, or procedural nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach to care
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
