THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Executive to support and grow our client base in the Nashville, Tennessee market. You'll work directly alongside an established Senior Sales Executive — jointly managing and expanding existing accounts while prospecting and developing new business in the area.
While the position is Nashville-based, all design and production happens at our Birmingham, Alabama headquarters. Occasional travel to Birmingham will be part of the role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with a Senior Sales Executive to manage and grow an existing book of client relationships
- Prospect for and develop new business opportunities throughout the Nashville market
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and ongoing relationship-building activities
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored custom solutions from our portfolio
- Support complex, multi-stakeholder sales efforts from initial contact through close
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of sales activity and pipeline
- Collaborate with internal design and production teams to ensure flawless client execution
WHAT YOU BRING
Required:
- Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you're a natural with people
- Comfortable owning assigned responsibilities while working collaboratively within a team
- Ability to prospect, follow up consistently, and manage longer consultative sales cycles
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-motivated, dependable, and polished in client-facing situations
- Valid driver's license and comfort with local travel throughout the Nashville territory
