Responsibilities
- Assist in daily ERP system operations and user support
- Gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders
- Develop Reports in Oracle APEX, Billing Platform and Aptitude (AAH)
- Help troubleshoot system issues and document resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, and Supply Chain
- Learn and apply best practices in ERP system usage and support
Qualifications
Internship Eligibility and Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a full-time academic program, currently a junior or rising senior enrolled at a local Atlanta University (e.g., Georgia State University, University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University), pursuing a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
- Expected Graduation: Students must be on track to graduate in May or December 2027.
- GPA Requirements: A minimum GPA of 3.0 or above is required to be considered for the position.
- Location Requirement: This is a remote internship based in Atlanta, Georgia. Applicants must be local to Atlanta, Georgia, and able to work in person (or hybrid, as required).
- Availability: Must be available at least 20 hours per week on weekdays yearround; schedule is flexible to accommodate academic commitments
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with SQL or basic programming concepts
- Coursework or prior experience in ERP systems or business process management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
