Case Manager Jr
$900 - $1,000 a month
We are seeking a highly organized and responsive Personal Injury Case Manager to manage a high-volume caseload from intake through resolution. This role involves preparing legal documentation, handling FOIA requests, communicating with clients, and coordinating between attorneys, insurance companies, and medical providers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven legal environment aligned with U.S. workflows.
**Key Responsibilities **Case Management
Manage a high volume of personal injury cases from start to finish. Act as the main point of contact between clients, attorneys, insurance companies, and medical providers. Track case progress and ensure timely completion of all milestones.
Legal & Administrative Support
Prepare legal documents for submission to insurance companies and opposing counsel. Draft and submit FOIA requests as needed. Prepare demand packages for submission to insurance carriers and/or opposing counsel. Print and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
Client Communication & Service
Provide high-level customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to phone calls and voicemails within a 24-hour turnaround time. Respond to emails promptly and professionally. Meet with clients in-office and provide case updates.
Documentation & Systems
Scan, upload, and properly index incoming mail and documents into the Case Management Database. Maintain well-organized, accurate, and up-to-date case files. Add and distribute incoming faxes within the system.
Financial & Case Resolution
Assist in resolving medical liens and outstanding bills with providers. Prepare and disburse settlement checks to clients.
Team & Office Support
Provide administrative and operational support to attorneys, office managers, and staff. Assist with daily and weekly operational tasks. Cover reception, mailroom, or other office roles when needed. Participate in miscellaneous projects as assigned.
Expectations
Highly responsive, organized, and adaptable to U.S. legal processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. High typing speed with strong accuracy in data entry. Comfortable working in a paperless, technology-driven environment. Ability to multitask and quickly shift priorities.
